Acrovision is pleased to announce that our administration systems are now ISO 9001:2015 certified

Our vision is to continue to be the ‘trusted advisor’ to all our customers and thus we always strive to promote consumer confidence in our products and services, by ensuring product safety, reliability and good quality.

Our ISO accreditation will enable us not only to better serve customers but to continuously improve as a business and look for new ways to evolve. The ISO 9001 standard is not about obtaining a glossy certificate but it is about implementing and aligning processes which will result in increased productivity, achieve higher customer confidence and retention, and improved consistency of operations.

With this internationally recognised accreditation, Acrovision will be able to grasp and capture the future on a wider scope and thus continue to put our customers first and enhance their experiences with us.

Internally, our staff culture and morale has already improved, as we have explored ways to work more efficiently, as our processes have been aligned to focus and consider all interested parties.

Acrovision hope that this new era will bring new ventures to the surface, as this will enable us to expand into new markets and explore ways to enhance business performance.

We have also improved our vendor selection process and we will continue to make excellence a standard.

We achieved another accreditation in 2017, in January we were awarded the Alcumus SafeContractor accreditation for excellence in health and safety in the workplace. Our application for SafeContractor was driven by the need for a uniform standard across the business and will enhance our ability to win new contracts.
