Support
Annual Site Support Service
Our annual site visit packages, available as one day or multi-day visits, are designed for preventative maintenance and consist of:
- General cleaning and maintenance of cameras, lenses, lighting, trigger sensors
- Testing of good and bad samples (where appropriate)
- Any ad-hoc support or improvements required (time dependent)
- Re-calibration of equipment (where appropriate)
- As many systems as possible will be worked on during a full working day
- Four hours of telephone support
Or if just remote support is required:
Annual Remote Support Service
- Telephone or remote connection (if available)
- Hours available are between 09:00 and 17:00 during normal working days
- Standard package is four hours, then top-ups are available throughout the year
Product and System Training Classes
- Tailored Training Courses at the client’s site.
Multi-level Maintenance Packages
- Service and Maintenance proposals can be built to your exact requirements, including fully comprehensive packages.
Repair and Replacement Facilities
- Repair and Replacement after-sales functions tailored to your requirements.
